Privacy notice
No accounts, analytics or adverts: the small amount of data this site handles and your rights over it.
Summary
This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. It handles as little personal information as a website can.
Data controller
Kentmere Trading Ltd, 48 Bramley Gate, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG1 2LX, United Kingdom, publishes pipsyvale.co.uk as Pipsyvale and is the data controller for the limited personal data described below. How to reach us is explained on our contact page.
Messages you send us
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, relying on our legitimate interest in answering. Messages are deleted once the conversation is over, unless we need a record of a correction.
Hosting logs
Our host may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site secure. They are not used to build profiles and are deleted on a rolling basis.
Your device
We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Closing the cookie note saves one local preference. The tier board, platform filter, evening planner and the five-minute check run only in your open tab and store nothing.
Sharing
We never sell, rent or swap personal data, and share it only where the law requires.
Official game sites
Buttons to official sites take you to other companies whose own privacy notices then apply.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and object to its use. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
The site is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect children’s data. A parent or carer can ask us to delete anything a child has sent.
